At least 6 people were killed in a suicide blast at a police van in Bannu on Tuesday morning.

According to details, a suicide bomber blew himself near a police van close to a police station, in the Milad park area, killing 6 people and injured 13.

The death toll is 6. They include a child, two police officials and three pedestrians.

The injured have shifted to the hospital. Security forces cordoned off the area.

Police said that the suicide attack targeted police van. Head and legs of suicide bomber have found.

Police have arrested 50 suspected people during search operation in the city. Police said that 5 kilogram explosive material used in the blast.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
