OGRA raises SNGPL's UFG to 7%
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has raised the benchmark of unaccounted for gas (UFG) from the earlier upper and lower target of 5.50% and 4.50% to 7%.
According to SNGPL's communique sent to KSE here Wednesday, OGRA has also allowed the late payment surcharge (LPS) from consumers to be counted as non-operating income of the company.
The financial impact on account of the revised benchmark of UFG and LPS as non-operating income will be reflected in the annual accounts for the year ended June 30, 2010.
