Appointment of new Chairman NAB challenged in LHC
Appointment of former Chief Justice Deedar Hussain Shah as a Chairman of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC) on Saturday.
Petitioner stance that appointment of Justice Deedar was not by the consultation from Cheif Justice and opposition.
Yesterday, President Asif Ali Zardari had appoint Justice Deedar Hussain Shah as Chairman of NAB.
Syed Deedar Hussain Shah is the former Chief Justice of Sindh High Court. He became member of Sindh Assembly in 1988 on the ticket of Pakistan People’s Party.
