The newly-designated UN secretary general, Ban Ki-Moon, called here on Wednesday on North Korea to admit UN nuclear inspectors back into the country, ITAR-TASS news agency reported.
"North Korea must invite IAEA inspectors and halt processes linked to the testing of nuclear weapons," the agency quoted Ban as saying following a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
