The federal government on Saturday again increased the prices of kerosene oil and light diesel, pushing both products to new highs.

According to an official notification, the price of kerosene oil has been raised by Rs4.66 per litre, bringing the new price to Rs433.40 per litre.

Last week, kerosene prices were raised by Rs70.73 per litre.

Similarly, the price of Light Diesel Oil (LDO) has been increased by Rs22.03 per litre, setting the new price at Rs365.62 per litre.

Authorities noted that prices for petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) will remain unchanged for the next week.
