Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a substantial decrease on Thursday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola falling below the Rs500,000 mark once again.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola has dropped by Rs24,300, bringing the new price to Rs499,462.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has decreased by Rs20,833, bringing it to Rs428,208.

Meanwhile, in the international bullion market, gold prices saw a decline of $243 per ounce, bringing the price to $4,767 per ounce.
