A Pakistani citizen was killed in Abu Dhabi’s Bani Yas area when debris from a ballistic missile fell, officials confirmed, marking the third Pakistani death amid recent regional tensions.

The Abu Dhabi Media Office said on X that UAE air defences successfully intercepted the missile, but fragments caused damage and the fatality.

Three Pakistani citizens have now died in the recent attacks, including one in Dubai and two in Abu Dhabi.

Authorities urged the public to rely on official sources and avoid sharing unverified information.
