Flight operations at the Islamabad International Airport have been temporarily suspended, the Pakistan Airport Authority (PAA) said on Thursday.
According to a notice to airmen (NOTAM) issued by the PAA, airport operations will remain suspended from 10am to 1.15pm.
The suspension decision has been taken due to the non-availability of certain air routes, causing disruptions to the flight schedule.
Airlines have been advised to carry extra fuel in anticipation of potential delays.
The PAA said it will resume normal operations once airspace restrictions are lifted.
