The FIA Special Central Court on Wednesday adjourned proceedings on the bail applications of three National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) officials in a bribery case involving YouTuber Saad Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai.
The court deferred action on the bail pleas of Salman Aziz, Assistant Director Mujtaba, and Inspector Ali Raza until December 19.
It also directed counsel to present arguments at the next hearing.
The accused officials have already submitted their bail applications before the court. Further hearing in the matter has been fixed for December 19.
Earlier, on October 28, Arooj Jatoi, wife of Ducky Bhai, lodged a first information report (FIR) with the FIA against at least nine NCCIA officials, accusing them of extorting money to ease an investigation against her husband.

Those nominated in the case include Additional Director Sarfraz Chaudhry; Deputy Director Zawar Ahmed; Deputy Directors Muhammad Usman and Ayaz Khan from the Islamabad headquarters; Assistant Directors Shoaib Riaz and Mujtaba Zafar from Lahore; Sub-Inspectors Yasir Ramzan and Ali Raza; and a private individual, Salman Aziz.
