K-Electric (KE) has partnered with Bank Alfalah to promote digital bill payments through a limited-time cashback offer.
Customers paying their KE bills via the Alfa app by scanning the QR code on their bills can receive Rs500 cashback on amounts of Rs5,000 and above.
The initiative aims to accelerate digital adoption among KE’s 2.7 million digitally connected customers, nearly three-quarters of the utility’s total base. Of these, 1.9 million regularly use digital channels for monthly electricity payments, reflecting a growing shift toward cashless and convenient payment methods.
