A woman was killed and a man injured after an unidentified vehicle rammed into their motorcycle on a flyover near the Matric Board Office in Karachi’s Nazimabad area on Friday.

Rescue officials said the impact caused the woman, identified as Tooba, to fall off the flyover, where she died on the spot.

The injured motorcyclist, Shoaib, was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment.

The vehicle fled the scene after the crash. Police have launched an investigation into the hit-and-run incident.
