The Pakistan–Indonesia joint military exercise Shaheen Strike-II concluded successfully on November 18, highlighting the combat readiness and counter-terrorism capabilities of both nations’ armed forces.
Conducted from November 8-19, 2025, the exercise focused on the Counter Terrorism (CT) domain, with combat teams from the Pakistan Army and the Indonesian Army participating.
Training included operations in built-up areas and counter-improvised explosive device (IED) measures, with all objectives achieved.
The closing ceremony was attended by a Pakistani General Officer as Chief Guest, alongside senior Indonesian military officials.
Troops from both countries demonstrated operational excellence and high standards of professionalism throughout the drills.
Officials said Shaheen Strike-II strengthened defence cooperation between Pakistan and Indonesia and added a new chapter to the bilateral military relationship.
