The Lahore High Court on Tuesday constituted a three-member full bench to hear a petition challenging the 27th Constitutional Amendment.

Chief Justice Aaliya Neelum formed the bench to ensure comprehensive consideration of the matter.

Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan has been appointed as the head of the full bench, while Justice Jawad Hassan and Justice Sultan Tanveer will serve as members.

The petition names the prime minister, the National Assembly Speaker, and the Ministry of Law as respondents.
