Pakistan strongly condemned the US sanctions against its National Development Complex and three associated companies, calling the move biased and counterproductive to regional peace and security.
The Foreign Office declared that Pakistan’s strategic capabilities are solely for national defense and regional stability, asserting that the US sanctions jeopardize this stability and have dangerous implications globally.
The statement emphasized the national importance of Pakistan’s strategic program, highlighting its unwavering support across the political spectrum and its non-negotiable nature.
The Foreign Office said that the strategic program is a sacred trust of the 240 million people of Pakistan.
This condemnation follows the US announcement designating the National Development Complex, Affiliates International, Akhtar and Sons Private Limited, and Rockside Enterprise as sanctioned entities.
