The Game Awards 2024, celebrating its tenth anniversary, will took place on December 12 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Hosted by Geoff Keighley, the event will feature award presentations across various categories, including the coveted Game of the Year award and Best Game Direction.

While the nominees were expected to be announced in mid-November, the ceremony will showcase a blend of AAA titles and indie games, reflecting the year’s best in gaming. Fans could vote in select categories on The Game Awards’ official website.

Beyond the awards, the show will include world premieres of upcoming games, giving attendees and viewers exclusive first looks at new projects. Live musical performances featuring soundtracks from popular games added to the evening’s entertainment.

Tickets for in-person attendance were available from November 1. For those unable to attend, the ceremony was live-streamed on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.

The Game Awards 2024 will start at 19:30 ET / 16:30 PT on December 12.
