New Honda Amaze 2024: Most economical ADAS car in India

Honda Cars India has officially launched the 2024 Honda Amaze, starting at a price of INR8 lakh (ex-showroom).

This new model is now recognized as the most affordable car in India equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), specifically the Honda Sensing technology.

As the third generation of the Amaze, which first debuted in 2013, the latest version retains the same powertrain—a 1.2-liter 4-cylinder i-VTEC petrol engine producing 90 PS and 110 Nm of torque.

Transmission options include a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic. Fuel efficiency is rated at 19.46 kmpl for the CVT and 18.65 kmpl for the manual.

The Amaze is offered in several variants: V, VX, and ZX, with prices ranging up to ₹10.90 lakh for the top model.

The compact sedan competes with other popular models like the Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Hyundai Aura.

Notable design updates include new LED projector headlights, a bold front grille, and enhanced interior space with a dual-tone color scheme.
