The district administration has announced a ban on tourists traveling to Naran and its surrounding areas.
Deputy Commissioner of Mansehra, Khalid Iqbal, stated that the decision was made due to adverse weather conditions and the risk of snowfall. As a result, all tourist sites in and around Naran have been closed to visitors.
Despite the restrictions in Naran, officials from the Kaghan Development Authority (KDA) confirmed that popular winter destinations, including Shogran and the nearby areas of Balakot, will remain open to tourists.
KDA staff will be on hand at all times to assist visitors during the winter season.
