Traders in Karachi have announced the establishment of a new airline named ‘Air Karachi’, according to reports.
Discussions with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) are under way and ‘Air Karachi’ has been registered.
Businessmen, including Aqeel Karim Dhedhi and Arif Habib, are jointly bringing this airline to fruition. Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Imran has been appointed as the CEO of Air Karachi.
This new venture aims to enhance air travel options in the region and is expected to contribute to the local economy. Further details regarding the launch and operations of the airline are anticipated in the coming months.
