Punjab’s Secretary of Schools, Khalid Nazir Watto, has announced that winter holidays for schools in the province will commence on December 20, 2024.
The break is scheduled to last until January 10, 2025.
In related news, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has postponed intermediate practical exams that were set for Monday, due to a public holiday declared by the federal government in the twin cities.
Controller of Examinations, Tanveer Asghar Awan, stated that a new date for the exams will be communicated later.
