Recent administrative difficulties at airlines have disrupted travel for passengers in Karachi, leading to the cancellation of four flights and delays for 18 others across the country.
Aviation authorities reported that two Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flights from Karachi to Quetta have been cancelled. Additionally, two flights operated by a foreign airline from Sharjah to Quetta were also called off, creating inconvenience for travelers.
In terms of delays, officials noted that a private airline flight from Karachi to Lahore, as well as a PIA flight on the same route, have experienced significant setbacks. Flights from Karachi to Islamabad have also been affected.

Karachi to Sukkur: 1.5 hoursPIA flight from Multan to Jeddah: 1 hour and 45 minutesPeshawar to Doha: 1 hourPeshawar to Jeddah (private airline): 1 hour
International flights have not been spared from delays either. Flights from London to Islamabad faced a two-hour delay for both arrival and departure, while the Islamabad to Dushanbe flight was delayed by one hour.

Moreover, the Islamabad to Istanbul flight’s departure was delayed by one hour, and the Karachi to Dubai flight experienced a delay of one hour and 45 minutes for both arrival and departure. The Karachi to Istanbul flight also saw a delay of one hour and fifteen minutes.
