The Islamabad High Court has suspended Judge Inamullah, who issued a stay order despite the Supreme Court’s decision to demolish the Monal Restaurant.
Chief Justice Aamer Farooq issued the suspension orders, reassigning Inamullah from his position as Senior Civil Judge to OSD (Officer on Special Duty).
Judge Inamullah has been ordered to report to the High Court immediately.
Additionally, Chief Justice Aamer Farooq has initiated an inquiry against the Senior Civil Judge.

The inquiry officer will be Session Judge Kamran Basharat Mufti.
According to court sources, Chief Justice Aamer Farooq had summoned Senior Civil Judge Inamullah to the High Court today.
