A water tanker collided with a motorcycle near Malir Model Colony, leading to the tragic deaths of two young brothers and injuries to two others, including a child.
Police reports indicate that the victims were part of the same family.
The deceased have been identified as 10-year-old Taha and 9-year-old Muhammad Shah, while the injured individuals are 8-year-old Baber and 25-year-old Ibrahim. The bodies have been taken to the hospital for further processing.
Authorities confirmed that the driver of the tanker, who fled the scene, has been apprehended, and an investigation into the incident is currently underway.
The brothers who lost their lives resided in Kala Pul Hazara Colony. Their family has transported the bodies of Taha and Muhammad Shah to their hometown for burial, which is scheduled to take place in the Durban area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
