K-Electric has introduced the “KE Star Rewards” program, which provides various discounts to customers who pay their bills punctually.
This initiative is designed to alleviate the financial strain on customers by offering a straightforward rewards system with redeemable discounts.
“In the current economic climate, people are looking for ways to reduce expenses and manage utilities. Any relief or incentive at such times can provide much-needed ease and strengthen the relationship between customers and utility providers,” stated K-Electric.
“The program is tailored to meet the diverse needs of today’s customers, covering areas like lifestyle, healthcare, food, and entertainment, ensuring there’s something for everyone,” K-Electric added.
The company stated that the “KE Star Rewards” program will acknowledge “Star Customers” by providing various discounts for consistently paying their bills in full and on time each month.
K-Electric spokesperson Ovais Munshi remarked that the company is the first in the power sector to unveil a loyalty program designed to foster a closer connection with its customers.
