Popular TikToker Nadeem Mubarak, known as Nadeem Nani Wala, has been arrested for using a counterfeit number plate, “IK 804” on his vehicle. Authorities confirmed the arrest on Monday.
According to the Station House Officer (SHO) of Defence Lahore, Nadeem was apprehended during a routine check on Main Boulevard Defence, where the fake number plate was uncovered.
He was taken into custody at the scene, and police seized his vehicle, filing a case for the illegal use of a false number plate.
The vehicle, marked as 804, has since been impounded.
In a related move, police officials have received strict instructions from SP Headquarters Ahmad Zunair Cheema prohibiting them from creating or sharing TikTok content while in uniform.
The new policy enforces serious disciplinary action for any officer, regardless of gender, who engages in TikTok activities during duty hours.

This directive follows a recent tragic incident involving TikTok, where a young man in Liaquatabad was shot and killed on September 12. Authorities reported that Ahmed was shot in the eye while standing outside his home.
Furthermore, police officers have been ordered to delete any existing TikTok accounts or videos to help maintain the department’s image. SP Cheema highlighted the necessity of upholding high standards of professionalism in all police conduct, stating, “The integrity of the force must be maintained, and officers are expected to reflect this in their online presence as well.”
