Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s members of the National Assembly were granted bail by an anti-terrorism court on Monday.
The legislators were arrested after the party organised a rally in the capital on September 8.
The released MNAs include Sher Afzal Marwat, Zain Qureshi, Sheikh Waqas, Ahmed Chattha, Aamir Dogar, Yousaf Khan, Naeem Ali Shah, Awais Haider Jakhar, Shah Ahmad and Zubair Khan.
The Islamabad police launched a crackdown on the PTI leadership, arresting party Chairman Gohar Ali Khan, Sher Afzal Marwat and Shoaib Shaheen on Monday after the National Assembly session on September 9.

This comes after the capital city administration decided to take action against Imran Khan’s party for violating the rules during the public gathering in the federal capital the other day.
Production orders were issued by the National Assembly’s speaker to allow the arrested members to attend the session. The Parliament Lodges were declared a sub-jail for the the arrested MNAs.
