The couple has decided how to handle their shared properties, prioritizing more pressing matters during their ongoing legal battle.
According to reports, Christina will retain full ownership of their home in Newport Beach, California, as well as their apartment in Nashville, Tennessee.
She has agreed to give Josh a $100,000 cash advance for his personal use.
The settlement comes after Christina accused Josh of transferring $35,000 to his own account shortly after their separation.
The couple had previously listed different separation dates, with Christina claiming they split on July 7 and Josh stating July 8.
