The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) experienced another day of decline today, with the benchmark KSE-100 index falling below the 80,000-point mark.
The downward trend continues from last week, with the index opening lower on the first day of the trading week. The KSE-100 index currently stands at 79,958 points, down 179 points from the previous close.
The market witnessed a sharp decline on the last trading day of the previous week, with the KSE-100 index dropping over 1,900 points at one point.
However, it closed at 80,117 points, down 1,721 points from the previous day.
