The Punjab government has announced holidays for Eid ul Fitr in the province.
According to a notification issued by the Welfare department with the approval of the chief secretary, the holidays will begin on Wednesday, April 10.
The holidays will be scheduled differently according to how many days the offices work.
For offices working five days a week, the holidays will last till Friday, April 12. Meanwhile, the oldiays will last till April 13 for offices working six days a week.
The holidays announced by the Punjab government are exactly the same as the schedule announced by the federal government on Thursday.
