A young vlogger from Gilgit Baltistan was gifted an internet device to allow him to upload videos from his own village.
Shiraz was visited by an officer of the Pakistan army who gave him a microphone, a selfie stick, a tripod and other vlogging equipment. The army also gave him an internet device.
Muhammad Shiraz, who runs the YouTube channel Shirazi Village Vlogs, had complained in a recent video that he could not upload videos from his own village due to internet issues and had to travel to other places to do it.
Shiraz’s channel has over 640,000 subscribers on YouTube where he regularly posts videos about his life in Gilgit Baltistan. He has over 15 million total views on his channel.
“Hello, my name is Shiraz. I am the youngest YouTuber and vlogger in Pakistan; I share the simple life and experiences of my village,” his channel’s description says.
Shiraz claims to be Pakistan’s youngest vlogger at only seven years of age and recently received his silver play button from YouTube.
His videos show him walking across his village, talking to friends, having food and even watching cattle. His sister, Muskan, also appears in his videos where she is often asked to take a position behind the lens.
