Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz are set to return to Pakistan on March 12, their lawyer told a court on Wednesday.
Accountability judge Nasir Javed Rana presided over the an appeal filed by the brothers for suspension of their perpetual warrant in the Avenfield reference on Wednesday.
Qazi Misbah ul Hassan, who represented Hassan and Hussain, told the court that the brothers have been exonerated in the Al-Azizia reference while the Flagship reference was withdrawn by the National Accountability Bureau against them.
The lawyer added that Hassan and Hussain are planning to return to the country on March 12, so their warrants should be suspended.
The judge issued notices to the investigation officer and adjourned the case until Thursday.
Hassan and Hussain, sons of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, have been in exile for years since being implicated in corruption cases in 2017.
Nawaz, who returned to Pakistan in October last year, has already gotten relief in multiple NAB cases against him.
