Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam wil organise a lawyer’s convention in Lahore today (Wednesday).

Party chief Maulana Fazal ur Rehman is expected to address the convention along with other main leaders.

According to party spokesperson Ghazanfar Aziz, Fazal will announce the next stes in the party’s protest against electoral rigging.

The spokesperson also said that senior lawyers are also expected to join the party.
