Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s leaders Hanif Abbasi and Saad Rafique reportedly got into an altercation with female political activists in Islamabad on Tuesday.
According to PMLN sources, Abbasi and Rafique were in Kohsar Market in Islamabad where slogans were raised by women regarding alleged rigging in elections.
However, the women allegedly used inappropriate language after which Abbasi tried to film them on his phone.
This led to a scuffle, which eventaully led to both politicans being slapped by the women.
The event was initally reported on social media and was confirmed by sources in Islamabad police. However, police sources also said that no complaint has been filed by Abbasi or Rafique so far.
