The ticketing website issue has been resolved, the Pakistan Super League said on Wednesday, a day after the league reported a cyberattack.
“Fans can now pre-book tickets at pcb.tcs.com.pk,” the league said in a post on X.
The T20 league will start on February 17 in Lahore, with defending champions Lahore Qalandars taking on Islamabad United in the opening match.
As many as six teams would participate in the 34-match T20I tournament. Shaheen Shah Afridi, the captain of Qalandars, would be eyeing to make history by winning the title for the third time.
On Tuesday, one of the top cricket leagues reported a cyberattack on the ticketing website. A technical team of the ticketing partners were addressing the issue, it added.
“We anticipate a swift resolution and expect the website of the service provider to be operational again shortly.”
But the website still showed this message: “{“code”:“401”,“message”:“Unauthorized”}.”
