Justice Athar Minallah was confronted by a group of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in London over the state of affairs in the country and cases against former prime minister Imran Khan.
Supporters of PTI tackled the Supreme Court judge outside the London School of Economics where he was a guest speaker at a conference titled ‘Future of Pakistan’. They chanted slogans in favour of their party.
A series of videos of the incident uploaded by Geo News correspondent in the United Kingdom capital on X, formerly called Twitter, showed LSE students trying to guard the judge as a few supporters of the Khan-led party filmed the judge and asked him questions.
A man is seen asking a woman to leave in the video.
Another video showed the group constantly asking questions after the judge sat in the taxi.
One of the students was heard telling a protestor that they were fighting their people and lamented the kind of welcome given to guests after they invited them into the country after so many struggles.
