The Pakistan Meteorologist Department (PMD) has predicted rainfall in Karachi, as two weather systems are expected to enter the country on Monday and Thursday.
According to the advisory, two Western systems are potentially going to enter Pakistan. Under the influence of the first weather system coastal areas of Sindh are likely to receive light and moderate rain from today (Monday) evening which will continue until Wednesday.
The forecasts indicate that the second westerly system is likely to mark its entry on February 2 in Balochistan which would cause rain in Central and upper areas of Sindh.

In Karachi, the Met Office predicted cold, dry, and cloudy weather around the clock, adding that cold winds will prevailin the city. Northeastern winds have been blowing with a speed of six kilometres per hour with a 57 % humidity level.
Additionally, the met office recorded 13.5 degrees Celsius minimum temperature in Karachi. It could go as high as 16 degrees Celsius.
