With 11 days to go in the general election, Pakistan Peoples party and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz will continue to be hold public rallies in different part of the country.
PMLN held a rally in Sialkot and Daska where party chief Nawaz Sharif made a speech. Over 1,000 police officials were appointed for security in the rally.
Nawaz called Sialkot a unique city in the subcontinent and said that his relationship with Khawaja Asif spanned 55 years.
He added that he had built the motorway connected to Sialkot but had not been allowed to inaugurate it.
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is set to address a rally at the Liaquat Bagh in Rawalpindi, where 5,000 chairs have been set up.
The Bagh was also the site of the last speech made by Benazir Bhutto in 2007 before here assassination.
The rallies are the first since Bilawal challenged Nawaz to a verbal duel.
