New Zealand chased down 159 runs for the loss of three wickets to go up 4-0 against Pakistan in the five-match series.
Shaheen Shah Afridi removed Finn Allen and Tim Seifert in Christchurch in the first over. However, New Zealand only lost one more wicket as Daryl Mitchell (72) and Glen Phillips (70) saw the Kiwis home in 18.1 overs.
Muhammad Rizwan scored 90 not out and Muhammad Nawaz made 21 as Pakistan made 158 runs for the loss of five wickets in their alloted 20 overs.
New Zealand won the toss and chose to bowl against Pakistan in the match. The Kiwis already have a decisive 3-0 lead in the series.
