Boycott Sushant Mehta trends on social media

Boycott Sushan Mehta was trending on social media on Monday after a clip from one of his old videos went viral on X, formerly known as Twitter, where he was seen making anti-Islamic comments during his show while reacting to Indian stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui’s old video.

In the video, which is probably old, he allegedly made comments against Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) after reacting to a bit of Faruqui’s old stand-up comedy where he spoke about Hindu deities.

Mehta hosts a channel on YouTube Sports Yaari where he gives input on the Indian cricket team selection and match performance.

The Indian journalist, who has over 100,000 followers on X, is joined by two to three people on his show. They also give statements on the match and its result.

He is often seen getting angry and outbursts when he gives his reviews on the Indian national team’s performance.

Many social media users, including journalists, said that the video exposed the “real face” of Mehta.
