The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has announced that winter vacation in all private and public educational institutions would start on December 23.

In a notification, the KP’s Elementary and Secondary Education Department said that vacations in schools in summer zone/plain areas would be till December 31

Moreover, schools in vacations in winter zone/hilly/snowy areas would be till February 29.

The decision was taken after keeping in view the temperature in the respective areas.
