After recording himself being buried alive for seven days, Mr. Beast became a popular personality on the internet.
Shortly after the video was uploaded, the video garnered 57 million views and sparked discussions on social media. It was made to commemorate his achievement of reaching 200 million followers.
In his latest video, ‘I Spent 7 Days Buried Alive’, Jimmy Donaldson, aka MrBeast, recorded himself being buried in a six-foot grave for seven days.
To prepare for his latest stunt, MrBeast arranged a makeshift graveyard and a glass coffin underground. Once he entered the coffin, a construction vehicle placed sand into the plot until it was fully covered, and MrBeast said it was the scariest thing he’s done.
The transparent coffin, equipped with cameras and necessities, added a futuristic touch to the already extreme challenge.
No stranger to pushing boundaries, MrBeast shattered his previous record of being buried alive for 50 hours in 2021.
The seven-day dirt nap proved to be not only a physical but a psychological test for the young YouTuber. Concerns arose about potential blood clots in his legs, a result of prolonged confinement, but thankfully, he emerged unscathed, marking another triumph in his repertoire of extreme challenges.
Beyond his adrenaline-pumping stunts, Donaldson is renowned for his acts of philanthropy, ranging from tipping a server with a car to funding the construction of 100 wells in Africa.
There were mixed reactions about his latest stunt and fans said they wouldn’t be able to even last more than 3 minutes underground.
