Khadija Shah was once again sent on judicial remand on Friday, days after she was given bail by the Lahore High Court.
Shah was sent on a 14-day judicial remand for rioting outside Rahat Bakery on May 9.
Judge Abher Gul Khan presided over the case in the anti-terrorism court on Friday, where police requested a physical remand.
However, Judge Khan only approved a judicial remand and ordered her to be sent to jail.
Shah, a renowned fashion designer has been in jail since May when violent protests had broken out across the country after Imran Khan’s arrest.
On October 18 she had been granted bail by the Lahore High Court which ruled that there was no evidence of her being involved in the vandalism in the corps commander house.
However, she had not been released from jail despite being granted bail after which the Lahore High Court had issued notices to the CCPO Lahore.
