The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) on Saturday issued a show cause notice to its leader Aun Chaudhry for meeting PML-N’s Nawaz Sharif.
The spokesperson for the IPP said that the party has nothing to do with Chaudhry’s meeting with Sharif at the Lahore Airport.
The IPP sought a reply from the party leader who, according to the party met the former prime minister in a personal capacity.
Earlier, Sharif returned home today after four years as his special landed at Islamabad Airport.
After signing the legal documents at Islamabad Airport, PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif again boarded the plane to go to Lahore. After witnessing a brief delay, the flight departed for Lahore, where he addressed a rally at Minar-e-Pakistan.
