The PML-N has booked a special train from Quetta to Lahore to ensure that its supporters arrive at the Minar-e-Pakistan rally to welcome Nawaz Sharif tomorrow (Saturday).
A document available with Aaj News showed that the Quetta Special train, having six economy class coaches and one power plant, was booked for three days charging the party a total of Rs4,016,000.
According to the document, the train will depart from Quetta on Friday and return on Sunday.
“All due charges must be recovered before commencing the train,” the document read.
It is pertinent to mention that PML-N’s Nawaz Sharif is set to return to Pakistan after remaining in exile for around four years.
He secured protective bails from the courts before his return and is scheduled to address a party gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan tomorrow (Saturday) on his homecoming.
