Celebrities show solidarity with Palestine

Pakistani celebrities came to the field to support Palestine and demanded the world to support Palestinians, who have been besiege with battles for years.

Saba Qamar said: “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free! InshaAllah.”

Her statement was supported by her fans, as they requested Muslims to pray for them.

Armeena Rana who had given the superhit ‘Janan’ to Pakistani Cinema described Palestinians as ‘bravest’ and expressed wonder at zero support to them from the world.

A host and actress Anoushey Ashraf said: “I wish the world would do more to help Palestinians so we couldn’t see such bloodshed.”

However, heavy pounding by the Israeli military continued in Gaza in retaliation to Hamas’s infiltration and attacks into its territory with the death toll crossing 400.

Meanwhile, fighting continued in Southern Isreal with over 700 Israelis dead.

Over 200 Israelis and 232 Palestinians were killed in the deadliest escalation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in decades, after the militant group Hamas launched a massive rocket barrage and ground, air, and sea offensive, prompting Israel to respond with intense airstrikes.

In response, Israeli air strikes hit housing blocks, tunnels, a mosque and homes of Hamas officials in Gaza, killing more than 400 people, including 20 children, in keeping with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s vow of “mighty vengeance”.
