The results of the Medical & Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) were announced by the administration in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday and Uzra Riaz got first position by securing 198 marks out of 200.
The person in the second position had received 197 marks. There were four candidates in the third position after securing 195 marks. They were named Mansoor Khan, Shah Faisal Khan, Syed Aqeel Bacha, and Abdul Razzaq.
According to the results, Saifullah Imtiaz, Muqtasad Khan, Saifullah Khalid, Haleema, Anum Khan, and Saqlain Khan were in the fourth position after getting 194 marks.
MDCAT consists of multiple-choice questions. Each question carries 1 mark with no negative marking for wrong answers. The total score is 200. 68 questions are from Biology, 54 from Chemistry, 54 from Physics, 18 from English language, 6 from Logical reasoning.
Many social media users have expressed concerns over the results of the exam, which was conducted on September 10. On one hand, they claim that the paper was leaked a day before and on the other hand, they say some candidates used the latest technology to cheat in the exam, which is a must for the selection of future doctors.
