Indian politician calls for declaring moon an Indian state

President of All India Hindu Mahasabha Swami Chakrapani Maharaj has demanded the Indian government to declare moon as Hindu property to stop terrorists from reaching there, Times of India reported.

His demand came days after Indian spacecraft Chandrayaan-3 landed on the moon. He further urged the Indian Parliament to pass a resolution in this regard.

Chakrapani released a video message on his account on X, in which he has demanded the Modi government to declare the moon as Hindu property before other religions after the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the moon.

“Moon should be declared as Hindu Sanatan Rashtra from Parliament, ‘Shiv Shakti Point’ should be developed as its capital at the landing place of Chandrayaan 3, so that no terrorist can reach there with Jihadi mentality,” he wrote on X.

Swami Chakrapani in his video statement said the Chandrayaan-3 landing site should be declared the capital of the Hindu state before any other religion reaches there and claims ownership of the moon.

It is pertinent to mention that India become the fourth country to have landed at the moon on August 23 after the US, China and Russia, when the Chandrayaan-3 lander module successfully touched down on the moon’s south pole, making it the first nation to accomplish the legendary accomplishment.
