YouTube Premium and YouTube Music debuted in Pakistan on Wednesday, a statement by the streaming platform said.

YouTube Premium is a paid membership aimed at offering viewing experience without ads, background play, and offline downloads for videos.

It also includes YouTube Music Premium, providing ad-free music, background play and music downloads. The platform also provides family plans allowing subscribers to share their Premium membership with up to five other members.

YouTube Music is a dedicated music streaming app with official songs, albums, playlists, artist radio, and a vast catalog of remixes, live performances, covers, and music videos.

Eligible users can avail a special introductory offer of 1 month free for YouTube Premium or YouTube Music Premium.

The YouTube Music app is available for download on both Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
