There are 10 countries where Pakistani passport holders can travel without a visa, according to Henley Passport Index for 2023. But the index has ranked the green passport as the fourth worst in the first quarter of 2023.
The 10 countries are: Barbados, Cook Islands, Dominica, Gambia, Haiti, Micronesia, Montserrat, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago; and Vanuatu.
Pakistan nationals are eligible for a visa on arrival in 21 countries, as they can obtain a visa at the airport or border crossing point upon arrival.

Sri Lanka allows Pakistani passport holders to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) prior to visiting the country. An eTA is a digital travel document required for eligible travellers who are visa-exempt for a specific country, and it can be obtained online prior to travel.
Around 43 countries require Pakistan nationals to apply for an electronic visa (eVisa) before travelling. An eVisa is a digital visa that can be applied for online and, in most cases, sent to the applicant’s email.
