Pakistan vice-captain Shadab Khan and Pakistan Super League (PSL) presenter Zainab Abbas got engaged in a hilarious exchange.
The duo was attending the post-match show after Islamabad United registered a two-wicket win against Quetta Gladiators to book their spot in the playoffs.
“Dip in my performance has nothing to do with marriage…I won’t be able to perform…that’s it…I won’t be able to perform. It doesn’t mean that a guy shouldn’t get married,” said Shadab asking Zainab Abbas “what do you think, after getting married you had a growth [in professional life]”.
Zainab instantly responded that her performance has gotten better after tying the knot. “My performance improved in every manner.”
Soon after, Urooj Mumtaz, who was also part of the panel, intervened and reminded them that it is a cricket show. “My sisters and brothers it is a cricket show.”
