Another audio leak apparently related to former prime minister Imran Khan has come out. The purported audio recording of Imran is related to horse trading and related to the time when a no-confidence vote was filed against him.
Imran had earlier warned that he would become “more dangerous” amid the series of audio recordings purportedly related to the prime minister’s house was leaked online.
This comes at a time when the PTI has ordered party workers across the country to gear up for the ‘long march’ which the former ruling party plans to begin later this month. The government has vowed to block the PTI and finalised its plan for it.

“You have a misunderstanding that now number game has been completed,” the voice purportedly of Imran is heard saying in the third audio related to him after a couple of clips with party leaders and the-then principal secretary to the PM Azam Khan.
“This number is not like this. Don’t think that it is over now,” he said, “because you see the next 48 hours are a very long long time. Bigger things are happening in this.”
The audio said: “I am doing many tricks from my side which we cannot make public. I am buying five [MNAs]. I have five, I have given the message that those five are very important.”
He added: “And tell him/them that if they secure those five that one… five more if it becomes 10 so this game is in our hand. Right now, the nation has been alarmed. It means that people across the board want that they win somehow.”
“So, don’t worry at all that it is right or wrong. Whether its any tactic… if anyone leaves anyone [MNA] so it will make a big difference,” he said.
“The recent audio leak is followed by a series of similar leaks by the ‘hacker’ on social media,” Aaj News Bureau chief Tariq Chaudhry said, adding that the new one was related to the no-confidence vote that led to Imran’s ouster.
A few weeks ago, Imran confirmed to reporters his conversation in the leaked audio tape.
He added that the question remained on its authenticity as no forensic was done and it was not confirmed by any source.
“Friday is a difficult day for our leaders whether it is incumbent or former,” news anchor Shaukat Paracha said while giving his analysis on it. “So, nowadays it is difficult for the Imran Khan party.”
Secondly, he added that horse trading was new to Pakistani politics. “I will again say it is not confirmed as it is released in bits.”
PTI Fawad Chaudhry wondered if an attempt was made to justify National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) 2 by mixing different audio recordings. “This will not happen,” he said in a tweet,
“People know where these audios are being made and how they are being made. Now the ‘Haqeeqi Azadi March’ will make the decision,” he said.
